What changes the price?
Home size is the largest single factor — every additional bedroom adds roughly $20–$30 per visit. Pets, heavy clutter, and tile-heavy homes also push the price up slightly because they take real extra time. We'll show you the math during the walkthrough.
Office & commercial
Quoted per square foot and per visit frequency. As a rough guide: small professional offices typically land between $0.10–$0.18 per square foot per cleaning. Email help@hyasisterscleaningcompanyllc.com for a same-week walkthrough.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, ACH transfer, and old-fashioned paper checks. Invoices are emailed the morning after each visit and are due in 7 days. No deposits required.
