These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hyasisterscleaningcompanyllc.com and the cleaning services provided by Hya Sisters Cleaning Company LLC, a New York limited liability company with its principal office at 291 Joes Road, Glens Falls, NY 12801. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope of services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services within our service area in Warren, Washington and Saratoga counties. The exact scope of each visit is described in your written quote or recurring-service agreement.
2. Estimates and pricing
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Recurring service rates may be adjusted with 30 days' written notice. We do not charge trip fees, supply fees or fuel surcharges.
3. Scheduling and cancellation
We require at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel a visit at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled visit may be charged up to 50% of the visit rate to cover crew wages already committed.
4. Access and safety
You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the property and to disclose any known hazards (pets, security systems, fragile items). We reserve the right to decline tasks that pose a safety risk to our team, including but not limited to handling biohazards, heavy lifting beyond 35 lbs, or work above standard ladder height.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
If any portion of a cleaning does not meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours and we will return at no charge to correct the issue. Refunds are issued only if we are unable to correct the issue on a return visit.
6. Damage and liability
We carry $2,000,000 in general liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, please notify us in writing within 48 hours. We will repair, replace, or reimburse at fair market value. Our maximum liability for any single claim is limited to the amount paid by you for services in the prior 12 months.
7. Tipping and gratuities
Tips are appreciated but never expected. 100% of any tip is passed to the cleaning crew that performed the work.
8. Solicitation of employees
You agree not to hire or attempt to hire, directly or indirectly, any current Hya Sisters Cleaning Company LLC employee for private cleaning work during the term of service and for 12 months thereafter. Should this clause be breached, a placement fee of $2,500 will apply.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Warren County, New York.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
