1. Services
We provide residential cleaning services within the Philadelphia, PA metropolitan area. Specific services, inclusions, and pricing are described on our Services and Pricing pages.
2. Booking and cancellation
- Appointments are confirmed by phone or email once scheduled.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are free.
- Same-day cancellations may be subject to a $50 fee to compensate our team.
- We may reschedule due to weather, illness, or safety concerns.
3. Payment
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and Zelle. A card on file may be required for recurring service.
4. Access to your home
You are responsible for providing safe access to your home at the scheduled time. Keys, codes, and lockbox information are stored securely and used only by assigned team members.
5. Satisfaction guarantee
If any area of your home does not meet your expectations, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean that area at no additional charge. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
6. Liability
Hya Sisters Cleaning Company LLC carries $2M general liability insurance and workers' compensation. In the unlikely event of accidental damage, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address it fairly.
7. Prohibited conduct
Our team members will not clean biohazards, animal waste beyond routine, mold, or areas requiring specialized equipment. We reserve the right to refuse service in unsafe conditions.
8. Website use
You may use this website for lawful, personal purposes. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, harvest data, or use it in violation of any law.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this site — logos, photographs, copy, and design — is owned by Hya Sisters Cleaning Company LLC and may not be reused without written permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Philadelphia County.
