Everything we're asked at walk-throughs, in one place. Missing something? Send us a note.
Most of our recurring clients aren't. We hold a key on file (in a locked cabinet, tied to your account number, not your name) or use a smart-lock code you provide. First cleans are usually done with the homeowner present so we can walk the checklist together.
By default we use EPA Safer-Choice certified cleaners, microfiber cloths and HEPA-filtered vacuums. Fragrance-free and pet-focused kits are available at no extra charge — just note it on your intake form. We'll use your own products on written request.
Yes. Hya Sisters Cleaning Company, LLC is registered in the State of Illinois, carries $2M in general liability coverage and a janitorial bond. A certificate of insurance is delivered on request within one business day.
Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance are free. Inside 24 hours we charge 50% of the visit to cover the team's guaranteed wages. Weather-related cancellations we initiate are always free.
Our cleaners are paid a living wage with paid time off, so tips are never expected. If you'd like to tip, cash directly to the team is preferred — we don't take a percentage.
We invoice by email after each visit; you can pay by credit card, ACH or check. Recurring accounts can opt into auto-charge on the invoice date.
Missed items are re-cleaned within 48 hours at no cost — just email or call within a day of the visit. Damage claims are handled directly by Daniel; we'll walk your home together and repair or replace the item through our insurance.
We're closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day and July 4th. When your regular clean falls on one of those, we reach out two weeks ahead to reschedule.
